I struggle with this one intellectually.  which is more than likely the problem!  haha.  the best way to deal with our tendency to want to move toward force or the removal of love to get what we want, is to fill our hearts with love (IMHO).   then it is the love that will speak. the patience and the courage to work WITH another. in a 'we' space of time.
